RETURN/EXCHANGES

For online purchases, "hi, billy." wil accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that is worn/damage/marked/altered or missing the "hi,billy." tag that is attached to each piece. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utillized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be return/exhanged within 20 days of delievery; however, sale merchandise must be returne within 10 days of deliever. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund.

Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequte insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. "hi, billy." will not assume responsility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that retrun packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Please contact return@hibilly.com to initiate the return process and note that the return item must be received by "hi,billly." in original condition and that new orders are subject to "hi,billy." having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client's responsibility.
